The Bianca Cheah empire continues to grow as she embarks on a number of exciting new collaborations, projects and business ventures in the beauty and health spheres.
Lets meet the ecstatic Bianca Cheah, who walks us through her incredible professional journey in an exclusive interview with Namita Nayyar, President Women Fitness.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
As the Founder and Managing Director of the leading digital publication Sporteluxe.com, you are a glowing image of wellness and one of Australia’s most stylish spokespersons for health and fitness. Walk us through your incredible fitness journey and tell us how it all began?
Ms. Bianca Cheah:
As a child, I grew up around very active parents, [so] it’s kind of the norm for me. My father is a master in Tae kwon do and holds one of the highest dans in Australia, so fitness has been embedded into me since the early days.

Ms. Bianca Cheah:
7am I wake up, cuddle my puppy @SporteTheFrenchie, get ready, grab either a green juice and almond latte, sit down at my work desk and go through my to-do list, work emails and what needs to be done for the day. Depending on how busy I am and what meetings I have penned in my diary I’ll schedule in a yoga workout. Finish work then organize dinner and spend some quality time with my puppy and husband 🙂
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine?
Ms. Bianca Cheah:
Yoga, yoga and yoga. Sometimes I’ll go for an indoor mountain climb or a hike.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Ms. Bianca Cheah:
Nope I just eat clean and lean and everything in moderation. I drink herbal teas and kombucha everyday.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
We love how well you manage your hair and skin which looks stunning always. Share with us your haircare and skincare routine.
Ms. Bianca Cheah:
Just like my mumma taught me I cleanse and moisturize every single morning and night. And I wash my hair three times per week. I actually don’t use a conditioner, but only use a hair mask. Really simple beauty routine 🙂

Advice and motivational words to the inspiring and budding fitness bloggers who all are your fans, they shall like to know from you, what they should do for their climb to ladder of success in field of fitness?

I always say, don’t sweat the small things in life. Look at the bigger picture and if at first you don’t succeed, keep trying till you get the formula right!

Who has been your greatest influence and motivator in your success in the field of fitness?

It’s been my yoga mentor Kate Kendall (@Activeyogi) back in Australia. But since moving to L.A @CaleyAlyssa is a real inspiration to me 🙂

Hahahah, anyone who knows me will say…Tuna salad, bolognese sauce and ginger and tamari chicken.

Give us your Top 5 Tips for women wanting start a fitness blog.
Ms. Bianca Cheah:
Find your niche, pick the market, create a business plan, find a mentor and make sure you find time for you! Otherwise you’ll be a ball of stress. Starting a business is 24/7 and you’ll never stop running. So making time for you is my best advice.
