Ms. Namita Nayyar:
You have graced the covers of many top magazines & The Sun’s Halowed Page 3. Tell us what motivated you towards becoming an international model?
Ms. Becca Edwards:
I’ve always wanted to become a model, I started initially in the UK only however travelling Australia led to bigger things, initially I set out to travel to Australia for just 6 months. This turned into two and a half years where my love for Australia grew, the amazing lifestyle and opportunities here fueled my motivation.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
Becca, you appeared on Ex on the Beach as the ex-girlfriend of Aaron Chalmers and did exceptionally well on the show. Share with us your experience on the show?
Ms. Becca Edwards:
The show had some great ups and downs for me, emotionally. There was so much alcohol involved, it really fuels emotions and anger. But, I must say I made some great friends on the show and as a result, both I and Aaron are good friends and both in happy relationships, which is great.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
You are a glamour model, swimwear and lingerie model and reality TV star. We would like to have a glimpse into a day of your remarkable multi-dimensional lifestyle?
Ms. Becca Edwards:
There’s a lot of travelling, but it’s when I’m in the UK that my schedule gets really busy. Lots of shoots, PAs, this is where I require my glam squad to be with me, I have different teams that I work with, one in Newcastle and one in London, so I look my best.

Ms. Namita Nayyar:
Being an international model, staying fit is called upon. Unfold the exercises that comprise your fitness regime on a daily basis?
Ms. Becca Edwards:
It all starts with Yoga in the morning, box 4 times a week, weights in the gym and power walks which are great exercise but equally great for clearing your mind and helping you keep focused.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
Adequate nutrition is an integral part of staying healthy. What kind of diet do you follow to stay healthy and physically fit? Enlist your favorite foods?
Ms. Becca Edwards:
If I’m being really good, Protein shake for Breakfast and Lunch. Otherwise, I try to eat as as healthily as possible with plenty of vegetables and fish. Tuna, Salmon, Makarel… My favorite foods have got to be Avocado, plenty of good fats, which keep me fuller for longer, Pak Choi and frozen berries like cranberries and blueberries. Great antioxidants and to promote a healthy immune system.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
You have glowing skin and long, flowing hair – what skincare and hair care tips would you like to suggest to our visitors?
Ms. Becca Edwards:
Lots of water, at least 2 – 3 litres a day. I also use Garnier Toner and La Mer Moisturiser to help keep my skin in great condition. For my hair I love Olaplex treatments and simple Coconut oil, often left in over night, which leaves my hair feeling silky smooth with a lovely shine.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
You emigrated to Australia from the UK in 2014, how did you cope with the transformation, do share as a number of upcoming models would be enlightened?
Ms. Becca Edwards:
By being positive helped me cope with the change. The relaxed lifestyle, great photographers and magazines to work with really fueled my motivation to cope with the change. There’s lots of opportunities for aspiring models.
