Reality star who rose to fame after appearing on The Bachelor and subsequently Bachelor in Paradise. After the show, she lost 9 kgs and has shown some incredible transformation!
Lets get to know the stunning Reality TV star more in this exclusive interview with Namita Nayyar, President Women Fitness.
Namita Nayyar:
Having a career in Events & PR, you first appeared on The Bachelor AU. Tell us more about your incredible journey to The Bachelor and how it all happened?
Elora Murger:
To be honest, I took a leap of faith, and moved to Sydney after getting my Master’s Degree in Hawaii to chase opportunity! I had been single for a while, and my girlfriends and I were sitting on the beach in Bondi, joking around on the kind of man I would need. They encouraged me to apply for The Bachelor, as it seemed to be a great fit! I remember filling out the application for 3 hours, writing down my entire life as I felt it. Everything felt so unreal, I never thought once, that I would get as far as making it to the mansion! I was so grateful!

Introduce us to a day in your life.
Elora Murger:
A day in my life :). I always try to sleep as late as I can. I am not an early morning person! You should see me try to make myself breakfast when it’s too early. I think I break everything in the kitchen, end up stepping on blueberries and forgetting to put eyeliner on one eye! Anyway, I wake up, eat, walk my dog, next, I get a gym session in, get ready for the day, open my computer and start working on my projects. I am currently lining up brands to work with to develop my Instagram as an Influencer, and for the long term, I am planning on introducing a new practice, from Hawaii to Australia! Stay tuned ;)!
I then coach at F45, head home, cuddle my pup, and head to bed.
Oh and I call my mum every day!
Namita Nayyar:
What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine?
Elora Murger:
I try to stick to the same plan every week, 1 day of cardio, 1 day of yoga/pilates, 2 days of weights. I cannot live without F45, it is the most brilliant workout routine I have ever experienced!
Namita Nayyar:
Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Elora Murger:
I believe that if you have some serious fitness goals, you should have a strict diet, but I have to admit, I do not have the discipline or motivation for that. I try instead to always make the best decision when ordering or buying food. Eating clean, with a lot of protein and water are an absolute must! I wake up with oats and fruits for breakfast, and I eat 3 meals a day, with 1 snack in the afternoon, if I feel hungry.
Namita Nayyar:
You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Share with us your haircare and skincare regime.
Elora Murger:
Thank you :)! As soon as I wake up, I use the Lancome Genefique concentrate, and before bed I use the Lancome Renergie Multi-Lift. That is for my face, but for my body, I use coconut oil, before bed, in the sun, and in my hair (once a week). An island girl trick is to squeeze some lemon, and apply it to your face before bed, it makes my skin glow for a shoot the next day, and makes my freckles pop. If you have sensitive skin, please apply with coconut oil.
Namita Nayyar:
How has your life changed post The Bachelor?
Elora Murger:
To be honest, it hasn’t changed drastically! Walking in the street is different now because I give so many more smiles to people! Some get so excited to see me, it makes my day! In a way it has made me better, as I now have the opportunity to have a voice. I have to live a more structured life if I want to achieve my goals, and being in the public eye is facilitating it. I have to take care of my body, and if I want to continue inspiring people, I have to constantly work on myself! I feel like I have been given the immense opportunity to start something good in Australia, and I would be selfish not to do it!
Namita Nayyar:
What are your current plans for the future? Are we going to see you soon in another TV show or something?
Elora Murger:
I never really know what the future is made of, as I pride myself to live in the now, but I am focusing on doing the most I can with my every day life! I am planning on launching a new practice in Australia, one I learned in Hawaii, which I’m so excited to introduce! As far as other TV shows, you know me, I’m a yes girl :)!

Being a Fitness Trainer, share with us your favorite exercises for legs and butt.
Elora Murger:
My favourites
- Jump squats
- Dead-lifts
- Good mornings
- Kettle-bell swings
- Hip thrusts
- Plate Step ups
Anything for the legs really, as the abs and back will follow 😉
Namita Nayyar:
Tell us your current Top 5 Fashion Must-haves.
Elora Murger:
- Freddy jeans, those are my favorites, they can come high-waisted and make your bum look fantastic!
- A fur coat! I’m a fur baby, it always makes a statement.
- A beautiful backless dress, backs are so elegant and sexy. #thequeenofbackless you know who you are ;)!
- Crop tops, unfortunately, they get me in trouble, as they are not always appropriate.
- A white pair of shoes, casual, and can be worn with a dress, jeans, shorts, anything, they’re not too sporty, and they are so comfortable!
Namita Nayyar:
What do you wish to say about the website Womenfitness.net and message for its visitors?
Elora Murger:
Just that if anything, people in the media, Instagram etc., should only be seen as inspirations to yourself. Your answers are within you, and comparing yourself to people won’t help. As long as you wake up every day and you do the best you can to be the best human you can be, to you, and others, your life will be fulfilled. No matter what it is you are trying to do, it’s all about knowing that you are enough, and taking opportunities as they come. Take care of yourself and the rest will come! Spread love <3
