Namita Nayyar:
Who has been your greatest influence and motivator in your success in the field of your career?
Ashley Young:
I have followed the greats such as Alessandra Ambrosio, Adriana Lima, and Naomi Campbell for as long as I can remember, but the two biggest inspirational people in my life are my Mom and my Fiancé, Kyle. My mom has always worked her ass off and is still competing in Crossfit. We have always trained and competed together. Both of my parents are very athletic and competitive. My fiancé is the most hardworking, passionate person I have ever met and he is always meal prepping and training with me. They have both supported me through all of my ups and downs in life and in my career. I literally wouldn’t be who I am without their unconditional love, support and gentle pushing to keep fighting for my dreams.
Namita Nayyar:
5 years from now, where do you see yourself?
Ashley Young:
On the cover of Vogue! Or Maxim. I’d be more than happy with either haha.
I am open to any possibilities that come my way and will continue to do what I love in all shapes and forms whether it be fashion shoots, film and television, or competing in various sporting competitions.
I will for sure be becoming a married woman this year, at the end of May, and am very excited. I also hope to resume competing in bodybuilding next year so a pro card might be in my future.

Advice and motivational words to the inspiring and upcoming models who all are your fans? 5 tips to work upon on appearance and skills.
Ashley Young:
Say yes to any opportunities that come your way. Especially if you are a petite model. Do you research and practice. Get good at hearing the word no, but never give up.
My advice for training is just stay consistent. Schedule your workouts and meal prep time into your day. Don’t try to “fit it in”, because you never will; and trust the process. Nothing really good ever happens overnight.
