Before fitness modeling, I did a lot of lingerie and bikini modeling so that definitely helped! haha! But, the most important thing is to be comfortable with yourself and have thick skin. It’s a very cut-throat industry so you need to prepare yourself for that and learn to not take rejection personally.

How do you train your abs? One secret to your toned body.
Ashley Wilke:
Pilates is my secret weapon with abs! Unfortunately, you can’t spot tone fat though. So, you need to lose body fat in order for them to show. With that being said, cardio and a healthy calorie deficit is key!

Five foods I love and eat daily include, oatmeal, nut butter, berries, tofu, and protein shakes! I don’t really avoid anything, it’s all about moderation. Depriving yourself can lead to binges. If I want a piece of chocolate, I have a piece.
