Born and raised in Las Vegas, Celeste began modeling at just four months old. Excelling in a variety of sports, her early experiences with cheer, dance, and gymnastics ignited a lifelong passion for fitness and health. After earning a degree in Fitness Management and Nutrition from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, Celeste made her television debut as an octagon girl, becoming one of the most consistent UFC personalities on television and traveling the world as a spokesperson for the brand. With a natural talent for audience engagement, she went on host popular shows such as UFC’s Ultimate Insider, Velocity’s Overhaulin’, and MTV’s Guy Code, all while building her own unique brand.
Today, she is the founder of a subscription gifting service aptly named “Girlfriend Box.” Originating out of Celeste’s personal experience helping male fans figure out just what to gift their significant others, the Girlfriend Box takes the guesswork and stress out of special occasions.
Celeste uses her influence to help raise funds for causes near to her heart, such as serving underprivileged Filipino youth, supporting those affected by natural disasters, and the fostering and adoption of animals. She also started a GoFundMe to help provide medical masks and shields to nurses on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Women Fitness President Ms. Namita Nayyar did a candid interview with Arianny Celeste an accomplished model, singer and television star where she talks about her workout, diet, hair & skin care, beauty secrets, and her success story.
Namita Nayyar:
You were born in Las Vegas, Nevada. You attended Eldorado High School and later attended college at UNLV where you majored in fitness management and nutrition. This laid down the foundation for building a career as a leading American ring girl and a model. Tell us something about this fairy tale journey?
Arianny Celeste:
It might appear like a fairy tale journey on the outside, but what others might not know is that it took many years of hard work to get to that point. My dad passed away when I was very young, and my mom raised me by herself. She didn’t have enough money to get me through college, so I had to work too. From the beginning, my mom enforced the fact that I needed to get an education and earn a degree. I followed her guidance and did well in school. I loved learning, and it always came easy for me. I didn’t like people telling me what to do, so my attitude was my downfall. My mom teaching me about drive and determination helped me in my journey.
Namita Nayyar:
You made your UFC debut in 2006 at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Paradise, Nevada. You went on to win “Ring Girl of the Year” five times and breaking a new record. Tell us what kept you motivated to win these titles over so many years and experience you wish to share hard work, tenacity, and endurance that went into this career of yours to achieve this remarkable feat?
Arianny Celeste:
Winning ring girl of the year was great, but I hope people recognize that I did so much more than being a ring girl. I started my own business and merchandise line. I made the best out of the publicity that I got, and it helped catapult the rest of my career as I saw opportunities outside of the UFC. I was driven and worked hard to keep in shape, took my job seriously, and familiarized myself with the organization. It was essential to know the ins and outs of this billion-dollar company, especially during an interview. It’s not all about looks; If you’re not representing the company, you’re not going to make it. There’s more to it than just being a ring girl, you have to be a spokeswoman for the company.
Namita Nayyar:
You are a world-leading ring girl, media personality, model, and brand ambassador. How do you manage such a remarkable multi-dimensional lifestyle?
Arianny Celeste:
I think it’s my independence and drive as I get bored very quickly. So if I’m not working, it’s almost like that’s more motivation for me. Not being busy means I need to step up my game. But, I’ve always just loved working and taking care of myself without anyone’s help.

Namita Nayyar:
What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you may wish to share?
Arianny Celeste:
I love high-intensity workouts, like hit training with weights, kickboxing, hot yoga, and pilates. I try to mix it up, so I don’t get bored. It’s important to do different workouts to shock the body, so it doesn’t get used to the same workout day after day. This allows you to build muscle and burn calories. I think it’s all about trying new things and evolving yourself. Sometimes you’re going to want to take it easy. Other days you might push yourself to go harder, but always listen to your body.
Namita Nayyar:
Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu to remain healthy and physically fit?
Arianny Celeste:
I’m not on any special diet, but I live my life in moderation, for example, if I have a craving on the weekends, I’m going to let myself have pizza or In-N-Out Burger.
In-N-Out is my new thing on the weekends, but I’ll eat lean meat as far as eating clean. I mostly eat fish, vegetables, brown rice, quinoa, and salads regularly throughout the week. Then again, on the weekends, if I want to indulge, I let myself. I think it’s when you restrict yourself that leads to cravings and overeating, which will ultimately sabotage your attempts to improve nutrition and weight.
Namita Nayyar:
You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Share with us your hair care and skincare routine.
Arianny Celeste:
So, I learned early on that certain things are a must in a skincare regimen. First of all, never go to bed with make-up because there are all kinds of chemicals in make-up that are not good for your skin. Washing your face day and night is essential, incorporating a vitamin C serum, eye cream, and moisturizer with SPF. SPF is your best friend as it’s going to protect you from the sun, which is the one most damaging things for skin.
As far as hair goes, I would say just getting regular haircuts every 6 to 8 weeks helped my hair grow healthy. Also, use a paraben-free shampoo and conditioner and find the right products that work for your hair type.
Namita Nayyar:
It is a dream comes true for a model to appear for Playboy. You appeared for Playboy in November 2010 issue, which became one of the top-selling issues that year. Tell us more about your experience of working with Playboy.
Arianny Celeste:
Working with Playboy was an amazing dream come true and a turning point in my life. It was almost like coming into my womanhood; I worked hard to feel confident in that shoot. I just felt like I could conquer the world that day, coming from someone who is usually reserved and a bit shy. I felt completely comfortable and so happy with how I looked because of the hard training and everything I put into it. So, it was a special pivotal moment in my life.
Namita Nayyar:
Advice and motivational words to the inspiring and budding fashion model girls, who all are your fans and shall like to know from you for their climb to the ladder of success in the field of modeling?
Arianny Celeste:
Don’t let people discourage you because you never know what the client might say. Yes, there’s going to be a bunch of no’s, but you can’t let that get to you or take it personally because everyone’s looking for a different thing as far as clients go. All you need is that one yes to change your life, kind of like the UFC for me. Also, whatever job or booking you go to, makes sure you’re pleasant there. Be kind to the photographer or the hair person; those things make a lasting impact. If you’re making a name for yourself as a mean person, It doesn’t matter how beautiful you are; You’re not going to get booked for specific jobs.
Namita Nayyar:
You have been associated as a celebrity ambassador for fundraising for victims of the 2010 Haiti earthquake. In 2013, you on eBay raised money for breast cancer research. Presently during the COVID-19 pandemic, you have organized a GoFundMe fundraiser to provide medical Protective equipment for the Centennial Hospital in Las Vegas and other related hospitals. These are all dear to your heart, tell us how you have been able to achieve and quench your thirst for giving back to society through this endeavor of yours?
Arianny Celeste:
I think giving is one of the most rewarding things that you can do. It doesn’t matter how big or small, helping other people makes me feel good. I don’t know if that’s a selfish thing or not but, I like the feeling that I get when I help other people. With the hardships that everyone is facing now, helping others during these times is special for me.
Namita Nayyar:
You have done bold photo shoots with Maxim, FHM, Playboy, Sports Illustrated, and Fighter’s Only Magazine. How you are so body confident and advice to your compatriots?
Arianny Celeste:
I think just realizing everyone is different and embracing whatever body you’ve been given and realize you’re a goddess no matter your size or shape. I used to compare myself to other people, and would tell myself, “I don’t have this, I don’t have that.” But, it’s essential to focus on the beauty of your uniqueness instead of comparing yourself to others. I think that’s what helps your confidence but it also goes with everything. I’m working out because working out not only helps my body; it helps my mind. It’s like, I did something amazing for my body and I feel so good and confident from it.
Namita Nayyar:
