Ms. Antje Utgaard:
Every day is different! That’s my favorite part about my life. It keeps it interesting and keeps me on my feet. Some things I do keep in my everyday routine are my workouts. I make sure I hit the gym or do some type of physical activity every day, even if it’s just for 30 minutes. I also make sure I interact with people every day and do something social that allows me to connect with new people or learn and experience something new. That way I am continuously growing and getting my name out there.

You are a social media influencer, model and an upcoming actress too. How do you manage such a remarkable multi-dimensional lifestyle?
Ms. Antje Utgaard:
To be honest with you, it’s absolutely chaotic! I’m always on the go and stay pretty busy, but I love it. It’s all about finding a balance and time management. I also always make sure I set some time aside for myself to just relax a few times a week.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine? Also, share with us your fall fitness routines.
Ms. Antje Utgaard:
I lift weights 4 or 5 days a week. I focus on one or two muscle groups at a time and make sure to alternate them so they have time to recover throughout the week. Before I lift I warm up by walking at an incline for 5-10 minutes, then I lift for about an hour, and I always end my workout with running in intervals for 5-10 minutes. I also Soul Cycle 3 times a week, which is my new obsession.
