Ms. Namita Nayyar: What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine?
Ms. Annabelle Knight: I’m training to be a personal trainer on the side of what I already do, I love exercise and nutrition and thought I’d try and turn another passion into a job! I work out three, maybe four times a week and try and eat healthily on a daily basis.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: What kind of diet do you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Ms. Annabelle Knight: If you follow me on Instagram you’ll see that the majority of my pictures are food based! I’m in love with this avocado spread that I make, a couple of handfuls of mixed nuts, an avocado, some spinach, lemon juice, a bit of basil and seasoning all blitzed up makes the most delicious spread for toast, perfect with a poached egg on top! I tend to go by the rule of everything in moderation, I don’t eat much processed foods, if there’s anything on the label that you can’t pronounce, put it back!
Ms. Namita Nayyar: You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Do you take some kind of skin treatment to keep it young and glowing and secondly what do you do to your hair to make them look so stunning?
Ms. Annabelle Knight: I actually suffer from adult acne, so good skin is definitely not in my genes! A healthy balanced diet is really important, so is getting a good night of restful sleep and drinking plenty of water, of course, I must admit that I top all that off with a good foundation! For my hair I use Phyto UK leave in conditioner and swear by it!
Ms. Namita Nayyar: You also have a documentary series ‘Frisky Business’ on Netflix. Tell us more about this endeavor of yours?
Ms. Annabelle Knight: Frisky business was a documentary series based around the daily ins and outs of lovehoney. As a part of lovehoney I was followed by camera and filmed for weeks. I really enjoyed it and would love to be a part of another documentary, it was so much fun and I was amazed at how quickly you get used to the cameras being there.
