Ms. Namita Nayyar: What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you shall like to share?
Ms. Anna Clols: I started gymnastics when I was 6 years old and until today I continue to do my gymnastics routine whenever I get a chance, whether I’m at the beach, the gym, home, etc. Also I love doing outdoor sports such as hiking or swimming and sometimes I enjoy doing yoga.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Ms. Anna Clols: Honestly I don’t have much restrictions in what I eat but I do try to cut down on some bread and pastas as much as I can. Although for the most part I stick to healthy options, I do treat myself to some yummy desserts every once in awhile.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Do you take some kind of skin treatment to keep it young and glowing and secondly what you do to your hair to make it look so stunning?
Ms. Anna Clols: Well thank you so much for the compliment! I always protect my skin from the sun by using a sunscreen lotion with an SPF of at least 50. I always wash my face before I go to bed and I keep my skin moisturized at all times. As for my hair, I like to leave a great hair mask on for a couple of hours once every week. I also let my hair dry by itself every time I wash it.
