She has walked the ramp for Sheguang Hu, Flying Solo, Blancore Show, ICY Presents: Dynasty – All Comes From Nothing Show, Mario Dice, Rocco Barroco, Capucci and many others.
Women Fitness President Ms. Namita Nayyar had a candid interview with Anita Nayyar, International Model where she talks about her workout, diet, hair & skin care secrets and about her exceptional achievements in the modeling world.
Namita Nayyar:
You started your career in modeling when you were only 9 years old, starting from your mother’s fashion design house. At the age of 16, you decided to go visit New York by yourself in search of an agency. It was 2016 but it did not work out. In 2017 while working with City Models in Paris and during the Fashion Week, for American brand Monse you got scouted by an agent from EMG Models NYC in Paris that took start your professional career in modeling. This propelled your modeling career to a good extent where you have been at the top of the world of fashion and glamour modeling. Tell us more about this exceptional journey of struggle, hard work and tenacity that led to your climb the ladder of success?
Anita Nayyar:
Personally speaking I would not say am there yet, I still have a long way ahead of me and obviously some plans got pushed back due to covid but hopefully starting from October/ December it will be fine. The modeling industry is not easy, there’s always a lot of competition and I think a lot of my work comes from my hard work and motivation to always push myself forward. I am truly passionate about my job and my goal at the moment is to really accelerate on my career as much as I can before I decide to settle down. As it only keeps opening new doors for me to get more into production or even business development. I want to inspire people with art and with the fact that everything is possible if you work for it. My favorite quote is a million thunderstorms will always turn into one rainbow.
Namita Nayyar:
For a model adjusting to new countries with their own cultures it must be difficult and then to adjust with modeling career in the new foreign land, specially the Middle East, what advice you can give to fellow models in a similar situation?
Anita Nayyar:
I was born in the UAE, I have never lived in Russia. I have started traveling to United States from 16, first placement was in Asia and then Europe.
I think as I have travelled a lot, I always learnt about other cultures and adapted to their behavior which is a very beautiful thing. I never have the tendency to judge or any sort , I love the middle east .Its home for me and this region comes with a lot of love for foreigners as long as you respect the boundaries.
Namita Nayyar:
At young age you are world leading media personality, model. How do you manage such a remarkable multi-dimensional lifestyle?
Anita Nayyar:
It was always something that I wanted to do, I was never afraid, I always wanted to be different, my own identity. I just always pushed myself, you got to start from somewhere to get respect and acknowledgement in the industry.

Namita Nayyar:
What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you may wish to share?
Anita Nayyar:
I love doing top stretching, aero stretching, trx, and yoga, everything that gives you that lean beautiful body.
Namita Nayyar:
Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Anita Nayyar:
Well to be honest I try to eat healthy, sometimes I forget to eat, but for instance when I arrive to New York from all the walking to castings. You instantly lose a lot of weight, so I just try to stay in shape and that’s about it.
Namita Nayyar:
You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Share with us your hair care and skincare routine.
Anita Nayyar:
Ouhhh, for my hair I use Kerastas, my skin I have special doctor that I visit from time to time to check on my skin when I have break outs. I try to actually use organic products like origins, I think the less harsh chemicals you use on your face the better it is.
Namita Nayyar:
It is a dream comes true for a model to appear on model.com. You are now listed on model.com the world number one modeling industry website. Tell us more about your experience and your feeling of accomplishment on being on this modeling industry pinnacle of reference and authentic database, and getting the recognition as an internationally accomplished model?
Anita Nayyar:
It is definitely a dream; it took a while for my New York agency to put me on it as you have to walk in four recognized shows in order to get on there. Now I want to focus to put all my good work models.com such as lookbooks and so on.
Namita Nayyar:
Advice and motivational words to the inspiring and budding fashion model girls, who all are your fans and shall like to know from you for their climb to the ladder of success in the field of modeling?
Anita Nayyar:

Namita Nayyar:
Apart from glitter, glamour and compliments you receive as an international model, what is the biggest challenge does a model face when she is at top of the world in the industry doing shows for leading designers and she walks the ramp at world leading fashion shows?
Anita Nayyar:
Competing with a million beautiful girls who look like you which is why every season i had to change my hair or look a certain way , to stand out . For the agency to understand how to market me.
Namita Nayyar:
You have done bold photo shoots and walked the ramp for Sheguang Hu, Flying Solo, Blancore Show, ICY Presents: Dynasty – All Comes from Nothing Show, Mario Dice, Rocco Barroco, Capucci and many others. How you are so body confident and advice to your compatriots?
Anita Nayyar:
I think it’s something that’s natural, I always had it. I love to make people confident and most of all I like to be confident, I think it is very important especially in modeling career. You just don’t care what people think and do your thing, strut your own runway.
Namita Nayyar:

It’s great that there is a platform for aspiring women; I want to see more and more of platforms as such.

Today social media plays a vital role in putting your message across to your followers and fans. What is your message for the 12.4k followers on Instagram?
Anita Nayyar:
I want to say thank you to everyone who has been supporting me and following me throughout my career, it’s one hell of a ride. I want to make everyone proud and am getting there. Hopefully after covid life will be back to normal, am still doing really well in Dubai which is very thankful too. But I want the whole world to open up, no travel restrictions and so on.
