I love doing top stretching, aero stretching, trx, and yoga, everything that gives you that lean beautiful body.
Namita Nayyar:
Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Anita Nayyar:
Well to be honest I try to eat healthy, sometimes I forget to eat, but for instance when I arrive to New York from all the walking to castings. You instantly lose a lot of weight, so I just try to stay in shape and that’s about it.
Namita Nayyar:
You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Share with us your hair care and skincare routine.
Anita Nayyar:
Ouhhh, for my hair I use Kerastas, my skin I have special doctor that I visit from time to time to check on my skin when I have break outs. I try to actually use organic products like origins, I think the less harsh chemicals you use on your face the better it is.
