What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you may wish to share?
Angelina Lilienne:
I try to work out 3 times a Week. That includes Rope jumping, abs, butt and legs.
Namita Nayyar:
Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Angelina Lilienne:
Last year I was very strict with myself. No carbs, no sugar, lots of vegetables and exercise every day. This year I’m more relaxed, but still pay attention to what I eat.
Namita Nayyar:
You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Share with us your hair care and skincare routine.
Angelina Lilienne:
I actually have very dry skin and need a lot of care for my hair and my skin. My tip is to use fresh towels for the skin and the right products: As little chemistry as possible. Of course, the skin condition is also affected positively by a healthy diet and plenty of water.
