Women Fitness President Ms. Namita Nayyar catches up with Angela Gospodinova an exceptionally talented Bulgarian model, here she talks about her fitness routine, her diet, her beauty secrets and success story.
Namita Nayyar:
Where were you born and had your early education? Later you decided to pursue modeling and being an Instagram Influencer. This later propelled your career to the height where you are an upcoming social media influencer. Tell us more about your professional journey of exceptional hard work, tenacity, and endurance.
Angela Gospodinova:
Hello, my name is Angela Gospodinova. I was born in Bulgaria, in the capital Sofia. I finished my secondary education in a language high school, and my university degree is interior design. After I finished my education, I started modeling and it became my main job, and I practice design more as an amateur. I started to grow my Instagram account slowly and my followers started to increase. Of course, that’s how I became more and more recognizable and my work increased dramatically and i am so thankful.
Namita Nayyar:
You started your Swimwear online store Ashtar (https://ashtar.bg/). Tell us more about this endeavor of yours.
Angela Gospodinova:
It has been my dream for a long time to realize my own clothing brand. As I imagine them, without limitations and imitations. This is exactly what happened in 2023. My brand “ASHTAR” has been successfully implemented on the market and besides swimwear there are more surprises to come.
Namita Nayyar:
You are the leading social media personality, model, and brand ambassador. How do you manage such a remarkable multi-dimensional lifestyle?
Angela Gospodinova:
If I have to be really honest with you, everything I do I do it with extreme love and desire. I feel like it keeps me alive, I’m one of those people who don’t like to be idle and each of the actions I perform fills me with positive energy. Naturally, when more commitments pile up, I feel tired, I don’t have enough time to sleep, but these are small things that I don’t even think about, I just love my job.
Namita Nayyar:
What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you may wish to share?
Angela Gospodinova:
I have been working out in the gym for over 7 years now and I can say that I am pretty strict about it. I have built a routine where I train each muscle group in a separate workout and of course I do cardio at least once a week.
Namita Nayyar:
How do you train your abs? One secret to your toned body.
Angela Gospodinova:
I may surprise you with this question, but my abs are the only muscle I don’t train. It’s just that the exercises are not my favorite, and from the trail running I think the result is pretty good. I can let you in on a secret, I do my cardio on an empty stomach and it supercharges me.
