Instagram star and fitness instructor who is known for posting a variety of workout related content and progress pictures of her fitness journey to her over 170,000 Instagram followers. She can also be seen modeling for a variety of companies and brands such as Women’s Best and Sneaky Vaunt.
After moving to the United Kingdom, she gained weight quickly as her lifestyle changed. After waking up one day unhappy, she chose to change her lifestyle and progress into a healthy one. In 2011 she began her fitness journey and by 2015 was sponsored for her fitness journey and began her modeling career.
Women Fitness President Namita Nayyar recently caught up with her to talk about her fitness goals!
Namita Nayyar:
Tell us about your journey that took you to the top of the world of fitness training?
Angela Crickmore:
In 2011 I decided to give my life a different direction! I want to transform my life as bad as I want to breath! No rain, snow, parties, opinions, work, difficulties could stop me reach what I want!
Since last year my Transformation story has been featured in some UK magazines!! Bella and Women’s Health! This year Cover of UK Brazilian magazine and February, in the most seen UK news website, Daily mail and The Sun! The Article in the Daily mail was shared all over the globe and I have been news in many countries like Serbia, Croatia, Hungarian, Slovakia, Turkey, America and so many others!!
I always had a strong feeling that I want to be known for something extraordinary that I have done, and I believe I have done. I want to share this with the entire world, to put inside each heart a seed of anything you really want and work hard to have, will happen!

Namita Nayyar:
Elaborate about your own life changes that turned you from a overweight, unfit and unhappy to a healthy and stunning chiseled physique in the process dropping 6 dress sizes?
Angela Crickmore:
I always been a sporty healthy looking good girl until I moved to UK; for 6 years I was obese and when I decided to change that’s when I felt I got my life back; the old Angela; for 6 years I lived in a body that I felt didn’t belong to me.
Before I didn’t have this sharp toned lean shape but was fit and good looking body.
At this moment I have the best shape of my life.
Namita Nayyar:
How has your background of having a college degree in sports nutrition been a catalyst in your success of becoming a fitness expert?
Angela Crickmore:
Since I was 14 years old I had done sports and trained at the gym; that gave me a lot of experience; good posture; technique….. so when I did my course, it was more to have the certificate.
When I transformed my body through the diet I learned how my body reacts with different food; quantities; etc ….. That gave me a lot knowledge; I know exactly now.
Namita Nayyar:
Share your exercise routine that you do to maintain such a bikini perfect physique?
Angela Crickmore:
Now I workout 5-6 times week;
- 3x week 45 min fasted cardio in the morning
- 3x week 25 min HIIT in the morning
- Weightlifting in the evening (45 min)
- 3x week Lower body ( Quads; Glutes; Hamstring)
- 1x week Upper body ( Back, Shoulder)
- 1x week Upper body ( Triceps, shoulder, abs)
- 1x week all body Circuit
Namita Nayyar:
What is your diet? Do you take a particular fixed regulated diet comprising of nutrients and vitamins to keep you in perfect health?
Angela Crickmore:
I have a very high protein diet; high fat and low Carbs.
I don’t count calories; but my portions are small;
I eat 6-7 meals per day
Breakfast; mid morning; lunch; Póst workout; afternoon lunch; dinner; before bed.
My supplements and vitamins:
Isolate Whey; bcaa; glutamine after workout
First thing in the morning Fish oil, Vitamin D; collagen; pomegranate pure; vitamin C; multi vitamin
Namita Nayyar:
What is your motivation to take a multi-faceted personality of a fitness model, personal trainer, media personality, nutritional expert, fitness and lifestyle writer, spokeswoman, and one of the industry’s leading experts in fitness?
Angela Crickmore:
I love my routine and lifestyle, I have a certain shape that I like in my head; Every time I am out of this shape I get focus again and I start to work in my mind the things I have to do to get back in that shape; I meditate every morning to set my mind with the things I want and the way I want; so I motivate my self every day by visualise how I want things to happen.
Also love to hear powerful people like Oprah, Tony Robbins they help me a lot.
Namita Nayyar:
You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Do you take some kind of skin treatment to keep it young and glowing and secondly what you do to your hair to make them look so stunning?
Angela Crickmore:
My food is my secret; good nutrition gives you all you need to have a glowing skin and beautiful hair. I never had any cosmetic surgery or botox; it’s all about the food I eat and some supplements I take that I have mentioned above.
Namita Nayyar:
Tell us about a typical day in the life of ‘Angela Crickmore’ ?
Angela Crickmore:
Up 6:30am; 45min fasted walking; 7:30am breakfast; 9am first client; 10:30am mid morning meal; 11am second client; 1 -2pm my own workout; 2pm lunch; afternoon working replying emails; followers messages; posting pictures; videos; recording exercises for my new youtube chanel and ebook; etc
5pm afternoon lunch; 7pm client; 8pm dinner and meeting friends 11pm last meal and bed time.
Namita Nayyar:
You have done bold photo shoots. What advice you wish to give to the women of today to be body confident in order to do such bold modeling?
Angela Crickmore:
Love yourself first; the way you are; Accept your shape; dont try to be somebody else; focus on what you want to change; take the actions that it need to make that happen; be patient. The beauty comes from inside to the outside; we all have something amazing; so get to know you and be grateful for this amazing gift you have. If you see in you everyone will also see it; but if you put yourself down everyone will also see only the bad on you!
Namita Nayyar:

Angela Crickmore:
Mine and AC BODY TRANSFORMATION’s aim is to help people to make simple changes that will begin to take effect almost immediately and will last for life!!
A “diet” to me is not about starving yourself, but rather a new lifestyle with an abundance of healthy food!
