Elaborate about your own life changes that turned you from a overweight, unfit and unhappy to a healthy and stunning chiseled physique in the process dropping 6 dress sizes?
Angela Crickmore:
I always been a sporty healthy looking good girl until I moved to UK; for 6 years I was obese and when I decided to change that’s when I felt I got my life back; the old Angela; for 6 years I lived in a body that I felt didn’t belong to me.
Before I didn’t have this sharp toned lean shape but was fit and good looking body.
At this moment I have the best shape of my life.

How has your background of having a college degree in sports nutrition been a catalyst in your success of becoming a fitness expert?
Angela Crickmore:
Since I was 14 years old I had done sports and trained at the gym; that gave me a lot of experience; good posture; technique….. so when I did my course, it was more to have the certificate.
When I transformed my body through the diet I learned how my body reacts with different food; quantities; etc ….. That gave me a lot knowledge; I know exactly now.

Share your exercise routine that you do to maintain such a bikini perfect physique?
Angela Crickmore:
Now I workout 5-6 times week;
- 3x week 45 min fasted cardio in the morning
- 3x week 25 min HIIT in the morning
- Weightlifting in the evening (45 min)
- 3x week Lower body ( Quads; Glutes; Hamstring)
- 1x week Upper body ( Back, Shoulder)
- 1x week Upper body ( Triceps, shoulder, abs)
- 1x week all body Circuit
