Ms. Namita Nayyar: Tell us your Top 3 Easy Hair-Care Tips for Women.
Ms. Ampika Pickston: 1. Always use a hair mask once a week.
2. Give your hair a break once a week from styling and grooming.
3. Give your scalp a really good scratch for 10 minutes to stimulate blood flow to your hair follicles.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: Since you own a Luxurious Spa, which therapy or treatment would you recommend to a working woman who wishes to detox?
Ms. Ampika Pickston: My favourite detox treatment is a treatment I carry out in my salon which is Pevonia green coffee body wrap.
The green coffee extract is amazing for reducing the appearance of cellulite. It’s massaged into the skin and you’re cocooned by a large heated body blanket. This allows the extract to penetrate deeper into the skin. After I have washed the extract off, you get massages from head to toe and my body has lost cm and I feel fantastic.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: What do you wish to say about the website Womenfitness.net and message for its visitors?
Ms. Ampika Pickston: Loving the website! Great handy tips at hand to share ideas and research to help inspire all us ladies.
