Ms. Namita Nayyar: What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine?
Ms. Ampika Pickston: I do a combination of weights and boxing to stay in shape.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Ms. Ampika Pickston: I believe in never becoming too restrictive as to constantly deny yourself ends up in a fatal binge. I adore fresh food!
Ms. Namita Nayyar: You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Do you take some kind of skin treatment to keep it young and glowing and secondly what do you do to your hair to make them look so stunning?
Ms. Ampika Pickston: I love pervonia products and I have a Pevonia luminous c facial which gives my skin the healthiest glow.

Ms. Namita Nayyar: You starred on the famous show “The Real Housewives of Cheshire”. Would you like to share with us your experience on the show and how has it changed your life?
