Ms. Namita Nayyar: What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you may wish to share?
Ms. Ali Oetjen: I do a broad range of workouts from boxing, to cardio gym classes to running, high intensity weights, hiking, swimming. I would mainly do high intensity cardio workouts though.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Do you take some kind of skin treatment to keep it young and glowing and secondly what you do to your hair to make them look so stunning?
Ms. Ali Oetjen: Glowing skin and hair comes from eating healthy, eating whole natural foods, lots of vegetables and a well balanced diet. I drink at least 2 litres of water a day. I make sure I take my make up every night, it’s simple and sounds like common sense but this makes a big difference.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: You have been associated walking the City to Bay Fun Run to help raise funds for The Little Heroes Foundation and other charities which are all dear to your heart, tell us how you have been able to achieve and quench your thirst of giving back to the society through this endeavor of your?
Ms. Ali Oetjen: It’s the best feeling to be giving back to the community. Especially when I’m looked up to by the community, as I think I’m just a normal woman, but to see that when kids faces light up and doing something for them is very fulfilling.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: Tell us about your experience of working on the show popular TV Series, The Bachelor Australia?
Ms. Ali Oetjen: It taught me to love myself, before I can love another. I got to know myself, exactly who I was. How strong I was mentally and it showed me that being myself is the only way in life. It showed me what I’m looking for in a partner and I luckily found him short after finishing filming.
