Rather than adhering to any specific restrictive diet, I prioritize mindful food choices in my daily regimen. For instance, I consciously limit my consumption of sweets throughout the day and instead opt for meals that are rich in protein.
By paying attention to the nutritional content of the foods I consume, I am able to maintain a balanced and health-conscious approach to my diet. This allows me to nourish my body appropriately while still enjoying a wide variety of food options.

I have developed a preference for certain foods that I consider personal favorites. These include sushi, raw meat, pasta (excluding pesto), crepes, and Stracciatella ice cream. However, I have made a conscious effort to moderate my consumption of five other foods that I particularly enjoy: cheeseburgers, fried foods, garlic, as well as condiments such as oil and salt.
Among these, reducing my salt intake has proven to be the most challenging, as I have a strong affinity for its flavor. Nonetheless, I recognize the importance of maintaining a balanced approach to my dietary choices and have worked diligently to moderate my consumption of these items.

Alessandra Gilioli:
Regarding my skincare routine, I must confess that I am quite dedicated and passionate about it. This habit became ingrained in my daily life approximately six months ago, and since then, I cannot imagine my routine without it.
Applying facial masks has become a ritual for me, with a frequency of at least three times a day, much to the occasional annoyance of my boyfriend (a lighthearted matter we both find amusing). I have observed a significant positive impact on the hydration of my skin as a result of this practice, solidifying my commitment to continue with this beneficial habit.
In terms of my hair, which serves as a defining characteristic, I am meticulous in my care and maintenance. This attention to detail has led me to collaborate with numerous brands. I prioritize the use of coconut oil to maintain optimal hydration, and I regularly engage in various hair treatments.
Additionally, to enhance their appearance, I frequently employ real hair extensions. When it comes to color, I generally dye my hair once a week, ensuring that it remains vibrant and appealing.

- Puma, I love how the shoes fit me
- Adidas, in particular when I was younger I used very shiny shoes but they still are in my heart
