Ms. Namita Nayyar:
You are a ballerina, actress, photographer and celebrity blogger. Introduce us to a day in your life.
Ms. Agnes Muljadi:
I often wake up around 8am and start my day with a 10 minute stretch and 10-20 min meditation. I quickly have breakfast (I’m always eager to get my day started!) before checking my email, posting on my social media and working on my brand until about lunch time. I typically take a yoga, pilates or gyrotonics class during lunch time and then I will head home to continue working or attend my outside business meetings. Around 5pm I head to my ballet studio to take class and rehearse and I am usually done by around 9pm.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine?
Ms. Agnes Muljadi:
I take ballet classes and rehearse 5-6 days per week – it’s pretty intense, but very satisfying. I also stretch and do conditioning exercises at home. And then I alternate between yoga, pilates or gyrotonics class at least twice a week.

Ms. Namita Nayyar:
Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit? Also, share with us your 5 Favorite Vegan Recipes.
Ms. Agnes Muljadi:
I try to follow an alkaline plant based whole foods diet while staying away from soy, sugar, gluten and oil as much as I can. Recently I’ve found a love for, and started eating, a lot of raw vegan meals. Here are five of my favorite vegan recipes. While I don’t claim to be a great cook myself, I do absolutely love vegan dishes from my favorite chefs and friends especially here in the LA area! Please see below for recipes:
- My daily green juice is the one of two go-to sustenance I successfully make for myself: Raw organic kale, celery, cucumber, spinach, Lemon, collard greens, parsley with spirulina & wheat grass.
- And the other one is my daily power salad: raw kale salad with mushrooms, onions, cauliflower, bell pepper, cashews and raw kimchi with a tea spoon of olive oil.

You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Share with us your haircare and skincare routine.
Ms. Agnes Muljadi:
Why, thank you! My hair routine consists of raw coconut oil, Hugo Naturals Shampoo & Conditioner (happily vegan & cruelty free).
For skincare, I use Naturally Lindy aloe vera based skincare line (also vegan & cruelty free). I also try to apply an exfoliating mask at least once a week.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
Who has been your greatest influence and motivator in your success in this field?
Ms. Agnes Muljadi:
I have to say that my ballet teacher Julia Bourlina has taught me so many invaluable life lessons that have helped me become the person that I am today. I also find inspiration from my friends in the vegan community who are changing the world every day.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:

- Adopt a plant based whole foods diet.
- Stay away from soy, sugar, gluten and oil as much as you can (I know it’s hard but this has been so beneficial in my own life).
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
You have been the face of numerous brands including Amazon, NFL, Starbucks, Macy’s, True Religion, Reebok, Banana Republic, Lionsgate Studio, Google Photos, and many others. What is your fitness & beauty routine before a photoshoot?
Ms. Agnes Muljadi:
Before a photoshoot, I typically meditate for at least 10 minutes to set my intention for the shoot. I then do a 20 minute ballet stretch and 15 min of yoga sequence before I start prepping my pointe shoes to make sure they’re ready for the shoot. Even shoes need some love.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
With an audience of over 207k followers on your Instagram account @artsyagnes, you’re a social media sensation. How does it feel that you are able to influence the healthy lifestyle of so many individuals?
Ms. Agnes Muljadi:
One of the most rewarding aspects my social media work is to be given a platform to start a dialogue with so many people from all over the world about the vegan and sustainable lifestyle that I truly believe in. I love receiving messages from my followers and being able to give them ideas on how to start living a more conscious and healthier lifestyle.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
Being such a huge social media influencer, would you like to enlighten us about the multi-fold benefits it has brought to you?
Ms. Agnes Muljadi:
My social media presence has led me to some of them most amazing campaigns and other opportunities that I have never even dreamed of. I have to pinch myself sometimes that I’ve come across some amazing opportunities through work. It truly has brought so many blessings and invaluable experiences into my life.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
Tell us about the story behind your unique name “vegan ballerina”.
Ms. Agnes Muljadi:
I actually didn’t come up with that name, but I gladly standby it! My friends and followers started calling me the vegan ballerina. For example, my friends would introduce me and say “This is Agnes, she’s a vegan ballerina.” Or I would get a message from one of my followers and they would say, “Hi Agnes, I love that you’re a vegan ballerina.” I think that’s just how people see me and I love it.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
