Irina Shayk
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you may wish to share?
Ms. Irina Shayk:
I love to work out with my trainer he advised me not to use any weights, so I use only body weight. I love to do Pilates! My teacher Andrea is the best in the world! I do Pilates machines work out. I think that movement is life, and if you don’t have the possibility to go to the gym, you can just walk around the city.
Of course you have to be careful with fast food and cakes but I would say if you can’t go without this food you’d better eat it before 6pm and try to burn it during the day! I never eat and go to bed straight after.
I am not a model who eats one yogurt a day and doesn’t eat on set! I am a regular women who enjoys cakes but I remember I have to pay for it in a gym.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Do you take some kind of skin treatment to keep it young and glowing and secondly what you do to your hair to make them look so stunning?
Ms. Irina Shayk:
Since I travel so much I try to clean and refresh my skin at list 2 or 3 times a day ! I moisturize it with my favorite cream from Avon ! Once a week I make a coconut oil mask and I always to drink a lot of water and green tea. When I am in NY once a week I go to Russian banya (steam room), it works great for my skin. I don’t do facials – my skin doesn’t need it.
With my hair I am using masks (my favorite one is coconut oil mask) and I try to avoid hair dryer when I can.

Miranda Kerr
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
What lifestyle routine in terms of diet & exercise does Miranda follow to stay healthy and fit? What kind of diet regime she follows to stay free from stress and pressure of work?
Ms. Miranda Kerr:
Yoga is at the core of my health and fitness regime, I enjoy practicing regularly and have done so for over ten years now. I also love to do pilates. Low impact activities that focus on the connection between mind and body work best for me. It is important that every woman listens to what works best for their own body.
For my diet day to day I adopt the 80/20 rule. 80% healthy and organic, 20% indulgent and that works for me and my body personally. I indulge occasionally and avoid counting calories.
Ideally, I like to start my day with a fresh pressed green juice with kale, cucumber, spinach, parsley and lemon. Half an hour later I like to make a smoothie with sun warrior protein powder, goggi berries, noni juice, viatmineral greens, chia seeds, bee pollen, raw cacao powder, macca powder and acai powder. I will then have organic eggs or oatmeal for breakfast. That works for me and is a great way to get my body started for the day. I believe breakfast is one of the most important meals in the day.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Share with us your haircare and skincare routine.
Ms. Miranda Kerr:
I am passionate about health and nutrition and I have always paid close attention to everything I put in and on my body. I created the KORA Organics product range because it was the only way for me to have everything I was looking for in a Certified Organic Skincare range. I also wanted something I could recommend to fans and do so from the heart. The KORA Organics brand reflects everything I believe in and I am very proud of where we are today and inspired by the testimonials we receive on a daily basis (www.koraorganics.com/

Elise Crombez
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you may wish to share? Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Ms. Elise Crombez:
What took me years to learn, is that it’s all about food, the nutrients you put into your body. You can work out every day, not eat according to what your body needs and not see a difference (even worse, you blow up!) I went to see a nutritionist to see how much protein, carbs and fat I needed in relation to how many times I worked out a week. And in 2 weeks, I ate more than before, worked out the same and lost weight!
I love to run, swim, do pilates and try something new every so often… Hot Yoga with my friends, Boxing, contemporary dance.
As a model you don’t always have the possibility to keep a routine in your work-out. But I would find ways. Run up and down the stairs of my little hotel in Greece, exercise in my hotel room, run wherever I could, or just eat healthy and postpone the work-out until I could. The most important thing is to not hate the exercising you have to do… Make it a celebration and know how good you will feel afterwards. Reward yourself with your favorite healthy lunch, a sauna or a massage…
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
You have glowing skin and gorgeous hairs. Do you take some kind of skin treatment to keep it young and glowing and secondly what you do to your hairs to make them look so stunning?
Ms. Elise Crombez:
I’m very lucky with my skin, my hair too a beating during the shows and when I had it red. Now my hair feels thick and healthy because it is not being messed with 3 times a day! You have to do masks and treatments whenever you’re not working.
As for my skin, I take supplements for my skin, hair and use very basic, non-perfumed products. French drugstores are heaven to me. The most important thing to me is to clean my face at night and feel hydrated. I love the SKII cloth masks and get a facial when I need it.
There are no secrets, sleep, a lot of water, healthy diet and good juices will make your skin glow. But a glass of wine makes me happy and that will show as well. With moderation…
