Instructions :

Boit
the water and add the rawa and sat, stirring continuously for four
minutes, until the mixture is thick enough to support a spoon
upright.

Add
the spinach, mix well and remove from heat. Allow to cool.

Add
the egg, the chilli-ginger paste and the black pepper and mix well.
Make thick small puris from this dough and deep fry in hot oil (or
bake in a medium-hot oven) till crisp.
To
prepare the topping:
-
Heat
the butter in a wok; add the chopped green chilli, ginger and garlic
and saute briefly.

Add
the mushrooms and carrot and cook for two minutes. Add the boiled
green peas, seasoning and chopped parley, stir well and remove from
heat.

Green chilli-ginger paste1/2

Black pepper powder 1 tsp
For the
topping:

Butter 2 tbsp, chopped green chilli 1 tbsp, ginger and garlic,
chopped mushrooms q carrot mixed 1 cup, finely chopped green peas 1/2 cup,
boiled salt and black pepper powder to taste parsley 2 tbsp, chopped
For the
garnish:
-
Tomato sauce 1 cup, grated Parmesan cheese 1 cup , parsley 1/2 cup, chopped
