Instructions :

To prepare the dip:

Heat the butter in a
pan and saut� all the ingredients lightly for a few minutes.

Remove from heat and
serve warm.
To prepare the groundnut
rice cakes:

Place all the
ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Shape into 1.5 cm flat
tikkis, and shallow fry with a little oil till crisp on both sides.
(You can also deep fry them if you wish). Serve with the tomato dip.

breadcrumbs

1 tsp crushed garlic

1 tsp lemon juice

1/2 cup crushed,
roasted groundnuts

1 tsp soya sauce
-
salt to taste

1 tsp chilli sauce
-
1 tsp finely chopped
ginger

a pinch of turmeric
powder

1 tsp sugar

1/2 cup coriander
leaves, chopped

oil for frying
For the tomato dip:
- 1tsp butter, 3
tomatoes, finely chopped salt to taste 1 tsp chilli sauce 1 tsp soya
sauce 1 cup coriander leaves, chopped
