Instructions :   

  • Blend all the ingredients together, except the paneer, to form a smooth paste.

  • Marinate the paneer cubes in the paste and set aside for two hour. Grill in a hot oven till soft and lightly browned at the edges. 

  • Serve with lemon slices and shredded red cabbage.

Ingredients :

  • 200 g cottage cheese (paneer), cut into 2.5 cm cubes 

  • 100 g curd ( hung in muslin to drain out the excess water) 

  • 1/4 tsp garam masala powder salt to taste 

  • 1 cup coriander leaves, chopped 

  • 1 tbsp mint leaves, chopped 

  • 1 capsicum, finely chopped 

  • 4 flakes garlic, chopped 

  • 1tsp green chilli-ginger paste
