Instructions :

Blend all the ingredients together,
except the paneer, to form a smooth paste.

Marinate the paneer cubes in the paste
and set aside for two hour. Grill in a hot oven till soft and
lightly browned at the edges.

Serve with lemon slices and shredded
red cabbage.

100 g curd ( hung in muslin to drain
out the excess water)

1/4 tsp garam masala powder salt to

1 tbsp mint leaves, chopped

1 capsicum, finely chopped
-
4 flakes garlic, chopped
-
1tsp green chilli-ginger paste
