Instructions :

  • Boil the water, add the salt, butter and flour and stir well, ensuring that there are no lumps. Remove from heat and add the grated cheese and black pepper powder.

  • Knead well and shape into small balls.

  • Heat the oil in a kadai and deep fry the cheese balls till crisp and golden.

  • Place a toothpick in each one, and serve hot with chilli sauce and tomato sauce.

  • 11/4 cup water

  • salt to taste 

  • 2 tbsp butter 

  • 1 cup flour 

  • 3/4 cup grated cheese 

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder

  • Oil for frying

    Serve with tomato sauce chilli sauce
