Instructions :

Boil
the water, add the salt, butter and flour and stir well, ensuring
that there are no lumps. Remove from heat and add the grated cheese
and black pepper powder.

Knead
well and shape into small balls.

Heat
the oil in a kadai and deep fry the
cheese balls till crisp and golden.

Place
a toothpick in each one, and serve hot with chilli sauce and tomato
sauce.
