Ingredients
Directions
- Neatly cut the wood apples open
from the top.
- Scoop out the pulp, mash it with
jaggery and lime juice to a smooth paste.
- Mix sugar, water and chopped
mint with the mashed fruit pulp.
- Strain the syrup. Mix well.
- Chill and serve in the wood
apple shells or in glasses.
