Stir-fried beans with prawns

Ingredients

200 g string beans, cut into 3 cm
pieces

100 g prawns, shelled and deveined

20 ml oyster sauce

1 tsp sugar
-
10 g
garlic, sliced
-
5 g chillies, sliced lengthwise

1 tsp pepper powder

30 ml oil
-
20
ml chicken stock
Directions

Heat the oil in a pan, and saute the chillies and garlic.

Add
the oyster sauce, sugar and pepper powder and mix well.

Add the beans and the
prawns and stir for two to three minutes.

Pour in the chicken stock and
cook for about five to seven minutes, and the prawns are cooked.

Remove from
heat and serve hot, with steamed rice.
