From bright-skinned orange using vegetable peeler, cut a 1-1/2-inch square piece of peel with no white pith attached; use a small sharp knife to trim into a 5 pointed star.

Cut off 4 additional strips from orange peel, each 1-1/2 x 1-inches. Cut off 4 strips the same size from 1 large lime. Cut peel strips into slivers 1-1/2-inch long and 1/8-inch wide.

In a small saucepan over low heat, simmer peel star and slivers in 1/3 cup honey 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Using a slotted spoon, lift peel from honey; cool on foil lightly sprayed with no-stick cooking spray.
