Ingredients

Whole meat flour 60gms

Bajra flour 20gms

Besan 20gms (Bengal gram flour)

Spinach 30gms

Methi leaves 30gms(fenugreek)

Coriander 30gms

Curd 60gms

Ginger 1 tbsp - chilli paste

Turmeric powder 1 tsp

Salt to taste

Oil 1 tsp
Instructions

Wash all the leaves and chop them finely.

Combine with oil flour masalas and salt.

Add chummed curd and water make a soft dough.

Divide the dough into lemon - sized balls.
-
Shape them into croquettes (oval - shaped rolls) and place in a steamer. Cook till done.

Serve hot with chutney / curd.
