Ingredients

60 gms Soya beans soaked in water overnight

80 gms Mushrooms

80 gms Corn
-
100 gms Onion

60 gms Capsicum

90 gms Soya flour

90 gms Ragi flour

Salt to taste

15 gms Butter

2.5ml Vinegar

2.5 gms Soya sauce

A pinch of red chilli powder
Instructions

Heat butter in frying pan. Fry onions till light brown.

Add mushrooms, capsicum and corn. Stir fry.

Add soaked soya beans. Cook till the beans are soft. Add vinegar, soya sauce, salt and red chilli powder. Cook for a few more minutes. Keep aside.

Form a dough with soya flour and ragi flour. Roll out into chapatis and roast.

Put the filling in the chapati and form aroll cut into small pieces and serve.
