Directions

Diagonally slice carrots. Cut yellow pepper into
strips.

Mix dressing and mustard.

Pour over combined remaining ingredients; cover.
Refrigerate 2 hours to marinate.
To make ahead: Prepare as directed except for adding tomatoes; cover. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Stir in tomatoes just before serving.
