Ingredients

  • 250 gms ripe mango puree

  • 60 gms ripe chopped mangoes
  • 600 ml Club Soda / Sprite
  • 4 nos. mint sprigs
  • 5 ml ginger juice
  • Lemon slice for garnishing

Directions

  • Run the mango puree, ginger juice and club soda in a blender for 2 minutes.
  • Evenly divide the diced mangoes into 4 glasses.
  • Pour the blended mixture over the mangoes and garnish each glass with a lemon slice and mint sprigs.
  • Serve chilled.
