Ingredients

250 gms ripe mango puree
- 60 gms ripe chopped mangoes
- 600 ml Club Soda / Sprite
- 4 nos. mint sprigs
- 5 ml ginger juice
- Lemon slice for garnishing
Directions
- Run the mango puree, ginger juice and club soda in a blender for 2
minutes.
- Evenly divide the diced mangoes into 4 glasses.
- Pour the blended mixture over the mangoes and garnish each glass with a
lemon slice and mint sprigs.
- Serve chilled.
