TUNA, DILL, AND LIME DIP

 

 

 


A light, refreshing dip to serve with crisp vegetable crudités.

Ingredients

  • 200 g / 7 oz can tune fish in brine, drained

  • 45 ml / 3 tbsp Greek-style yogurt

  • finely grated rind 1/2 lime

  • 15 ml / 1tbsp chopped fresh dill

  • salt and black pepper

Directions

  • Place the tuna fish and yogurt in a blender and process for a few seconds until almost smooth.  Alternatively, mash thoroughly with a fork.

  • Stir in the lime rind, dill, and seasoning to taste.

  • Spoon into a small dish and serve with sticks of raw vegetables for dipping.
