Steamed noodle soup with prawns

Ingredients

  • 50 g steamed prawns 

  • 50 g bean sprouts 

  • 50 g mushrooms, sliced 

  • 50 g spring onion, chopped 

  • 20 g garlic, roasted and chopped 

  • 500 ml chicken stock

  • 2 tsp sugar 

  • 1 tsp pepper powder 

  • Salt to taste

    Directions

  • Heat the chicken stock in a pan and add the bean sprouts, spring onions and mushrooms. 

  • Allow the stock to come to the boil, them add the steamed noodles and prawns.

  •  Stir in the salt, sugar and pepper powder. 

  • Stir for another three to four minutes, till all the ingredients are well combined. 

  • Remove from heat sprinkle the roasted garlic on top, and serve hot.
