INSTRUCTIONS
-
Stand with feet, apart holding a
dumbbell in each hand at the side of your body with arms
slightly bent.
-
Your palms should be facing one
another.

Raise your shoulders evenly in a
straight line, as if to touch your ears.
-
Your arms should remain bent at
the same angles throughout; with only your shoulders moving
up.
-
Hold the position for few
seconds, before returning back.
Complete the set without rest.
DON'TS
-
Don’t let the weight drop.
Slowly lower it in a controlled manner.
-
Don’t swing your back while
performing the exercise.
