INSTRUCTIONS

Stand straight with your hands
resting on a chair.

Keep your hips parallel to the
chair, stomach in and buttocks tucked under.

Bend one knee and turn it out to
the side.

Inhale.
-
Exhaling, press your knee farther
back.

Repeat 25 times, then on the other
side.
