INSTRUCTIONS

  • Stand straight with your hands resting on a chair.

  • Keep your hips parallel to the chair, stomach in and buttocks tucked under.

  • Bend one knee and turn it out to the side.

  • Inhale.

  • Exhaling, press your knee farther back.

  • Repeat 25 times, then on the other side.
