Ms. Namita Nayyar:
You are leading pop singer, dancer and television presenter. How you are able to manage such a remarkable multi-dimensional, multi-faceted lifestyle?
Ms. Liz McClarnon:
I think it’s better for me to be all of those things because I could never get bored or ungrateful. On Monday I could be in the studio, writing new music. On Tuesday, filming a cooking show whilst writing up recipes. Wednesday might be a day were I am designing clothes for my new range at Fashion World…..one day in my week is never the same as the other. I love it!!
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you shall like to share?
Ms. Liz McClarnon:
My exercises are just usually skipping. It works well for me because I get bored on a treadmill and need something that is quick and high impact. I was in a musical recently and we used to do skipping in warm up. I really got into it, so I kept it up.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit. Specially with regard to your throat?
Ms. Liz McClarnon:
I have a high protein diet usually and don’t eat white bread or white pasta. Apart from that I don’t have a strict diet. Although I only use goats milk as normal cows milk can create mucus that can coat the throat. I don’t drink fizzy drinks either. (Except champagne. haha. Oops)
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Do you take some kind of skin treatment to keep it young and glowing and secondly what you do to your hair to make them look so stunning?
Ms. Liz McClarnon:
I suffer with eczema so I have facials with a lady in the city of London called Jenny Harding. She makes creams to keep my skin smooth and I do not use anything else. I even panic when I’m running out. Haha. She also makes creams that keep blemishes away. She is the best I’ve ever found. My skin would be awful without her.
