Testimonials

I like your weekly e-mail. The encouraging words go a long way to keeping me focused on my weight loss goal. I am currently at 59% of my goal. WF has played an important part in that. Thank you,
Lorrie

Hi Namita,
I'm doing fine on this program. I'm not loosing much weight, but more inches. It really shows. I'm very motivated, occasionally, I do want to eat a forbidden type of food, so I do eat a tbsp or so, maybe once a week, e.g-apple pie (a tbsp) or ice-cream, choc.cake... I try to then get in 20 mins of extra workout the next day to make up for the mini binge on an average, I'm in control.

Namita,
Just to let you know, Women Fitness' 10 Tips for keeping a fitness routine is going to appear in the Business Women issue of the upcoming Herald Business Journal (appearing in July). I made sure to credit the WF Web site and team. Thank you for letting us publish the column; I'm sure its contents will be helpful to our readership.

"Thanks for your prompt answers to all my questions. This is so fabulous! I worked out with a trainer for 10 sessions and didn't get half the info and clear answers that you are providing me through your on-line program! And I'm saving a fortune! I have achieved excellent results thus far (3% fat loss already!) and I am looking and feeling better than ever before. I owe this all to your expert's wonderful, personal guidance!"

After years and years of trying every program out there, and failing miserably, I think I have finally found one with which I am totally comfortable, and prepared to make that long-awaited, but necessary effort. This is a program, which covers every aspect of good health, from sound nutritional advice to confronting your own personal demons. This program has been a long time in coming, but it's here at last. I whole-heartedly recommend it.
