The various parts of the deltoid muscle take part in nearly all movements of the shoulder joint. Muscle rupture occurs when a muscle is subjected to a load beyond the strength of the muscle for e.g. butterfly swimming, weight training, weight lifting. The deltoid muscle rupture can be located both in the front and the back as well as at the attachment to the upper arm (humerus). This week we focus on Deltoid Muscle Strain: Symptom & Treatment.

Deltoid Muscle Strain: Symptom & Treatment

The large Deltoid muscle (M Deltoideus) is a thick triangular muscle, emanating around the shoulder, covering the shoulder joint and forming the rounding of the shoulder. Muscle rupture occurs when a muscle is subjected to a load beyond the strength of the muscle for e.g. butterfly swimming, weight training, weight lifting. Women who start having hot flashes at a younger age may be at increased risk for heart disease, according to two studies conducted by the same team of researchers. The number of hot flashes per day also seem key. Women who experience 10 or more episodes per day had a 50 percent reduction in how well their vessels expand during normal blood flow, compared to women without any hot flashes. As we learn more about these unique risk factors for women, it is imperative that we target a prevention strategy, as we know that the outcomes for heart disease in women are worse.

Procrastination is a bad habit

Procrastination occurs when there's a temporal gap between intended behavior and enacted behavior. That is, when there's a significant time period between when people intend to do a job, and when they actually do it.

Procrastinators love planning, quite simply because planning does not involve doing, and doing is the procrastinator's Kryptonite.

But when procrastinators plan, they like to do it in a vague way that doesn't consider details or reality too closely, and their planning leaves them perfectly set up to not actually accomplish anything.

Effective planning, on the other hand, sets you up for success.
