Hot Fitness Tip of the week

Practice lower chest breathing to make the most of your lung capacity. It provides the principle for efficient management of everyday activities such as walking, climbing stairs, shopping, or gardening etc.

While sitting in a comfortable position with your back well supported. Place your hand on your abdomen and give a little cough. The muscle you feel under your hand is your diaphragm. The next time you breathe in, push your hand out with you diaphragm and abdominal muscles. This will give you a feeling of breathing around the waist.

Try breathing in through your nose and out gently through your mouth, making your breath out twice as long as your breath in. Counting 1 as you breathe in, and then 2 and 3 as you breathe out, will help you.

At the same time relax your shoulders and upper chest. Continue to breathe in through the nose and gently out through the mouth or nose as you find most comfortable.

Anyone who flips on a light switch will cause the lights to turn on. Anyone who shifts an automobile into gear and presses on the accelerator pedal, will cause the car to move forward. Anyone who takes the steps necessary to build a successful business, will do so.

Healthy Recipe

Chickpea and vegetable salad 

 

Serves: 8

 

Ingredients:

4 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil

2 teaspoon red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon Asian chili sauce

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 small red onion, very thinly sliced

12 spears asparagus, trimmed, trimmed, steamed, and cut crosswise into thirds

1 (15 1/2 - ounce) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained

1 red pepper, cut into 1-inch squares

 

Direction:

Combine dressing ingredients in a medium bowl. Let stand 5 minutes.

Add remaining ingredients and toss well to coat. Serve at room temperature.

Diet pills that contain herbal ingredients like HCA, Pyruvate, Ephedra and Chitosan are commonly known as fat burners. All of these herbal ingredients play a role in increasing your energy level, suppressing your appetite and stimulating your metabolism.

Synephrine
You'll hear about this a lot as it's chemically similar to ephedrine. Unfortunately there’s no significant data to say that it increases fat loss, although we do know it ups your blood pressure and can increase the risk of cardiovascular events.

Green tea
There's been tons of research into the fat loss properties of this, but to date there's been no significant difference between the Green Tea group and the placebo group.
