Ms. Namita Nayyar:
You first made national headlines when you auditioned for the X Factor back in 2010 and soon reached the pinnacle of success by becoming Playboy’s Playmate and a housemate in the Celebrity Big Brother 2016. Walk us through your incredible journey.
Ms. Chloe Khan:
I was just 18 years old when I auditioned for X-factor in 2010. At that time, I just wanted to become someone and do something big in life. Even though it’s a very cringe worthy time to look back on, the negative press/feedback I received actually made me more motivated to prove everyone wrong. I was and, still am, full of ambition and am a big believer that we make our own Destiny in life. I believe that we can’t choose where we start in life, but we can choose where we end up.
After X-Factor, I changed my image for the better, moved to LA and began working as a model. Soon after, I became a Playboy Playmate – It was a massive dream of mine and such an honor to work with them. In 2016, my manager told me I should do Celebrity Big Brother and set-up a meeting. I went in to the meeting with a relaxed attitude, but very positive frame of mind. I believed doing Celebrity Big Brother would be a one-in-a-lifetime experience and couldn’t say no when they offered the show to me.
I credit everything to self-belief, positivity and motivation. In life, I just keep going forward and don’t look back. My dreams grow bigger on a daily basis.

Ms. Namita Nayyar:
You are a model, actress, Reality TV star and businesswoman. Introduce us to a typical day in your fantastic life.
Ms. Chloe Khan:
I am really busy at the moment. I wake up early, make a quick healthy breakfast and then spend a couple of hours in my home office dealing with business emails. I then do a work out in my living room which makes me feel good for the day ahead. After working out, I get showered and ready and then usually drive to London for any photo shoots, business meetings, press interviews or TV filming. I always try to have a healthy family meal later on. By evening, I’m usually exhausted and will either chill on the sofa and watch a move with my daughter Destiny or relax in a bubble bath and then head to bed. I usually travel abroad a lot, but right now I have too much going on in UK. Sometimes I swim around and enjoy life a lot but I’m on work mode at the minute and I do love my crazy schedule .
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
What exercises comprise your fitness/workout routine?
Ms. Chloe Khan:
Because I’m very busy I find it hard to get to the gym regularly or commit to long workout routines. So I tend to do intense six-minute workout sessions each day that fit in to my schedule easily. My personal trainer is Jemma Palmer who was Inferno in the TV show ‘Gladiators’, she helped me to create some awesome six-minute routines. It’s really manageable and there is no excuse not to stick to them now they are so short and intense, I always do one in the morning before I start my day and, if I have time, I’ll do a second session on some days for a double workout boost.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
Do you follow a special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Ms. Chloe Khan:
I’m vegetarian, I do eat healthily but I’m not too strict on myself. If I really want a pizza, I’ll have one, but I only do it in moderation. For the majority of the time, I like to cook quick healthy meals that take just six minutes to prepare, because it fits easily in to my busy schedule and ensures I eat proper nutritional meals. My problem until recently was unhealthy convenience snacks, I’ve recently swapped these though for healthy options such as nuts or a protein shake and I can really see the difference. When I have a big shoot coming up I do get much stricter on myself for the few days run up to it.

You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Share with us your haircare and skincare routine/secrets.
Ms. Chloe Khan:
Thank you very much. If I’m honest I just try to keep my hair and skin really clean, there’s no major regime really, but I do find drinking water, working out and jogs outside really help my skin glow too. I also try have a couple of days make-up free a week to let my skin breathe.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
You have a sports nutrition range coming out in February. Would you like to enlighten us about this new endeavor of yours? What are your favorites from the range?
Ms. Chloe Khan:
Yes, I’m really excited to launch my nutrition and supplement range! I’ve been working on it for ages, I named it ‘Destiny By Chloe’, Destiny is my daughter’s name and it’s also a word I believe in because I believe we all create our own Destiny. I’ve been using my products myself and found them so beneficial. It was hard to find something perfect on the market that was suitable for vegetarians/vegans that was natural and safe but that also gave insane results – so with the help of some amazing nutrition specialists, I have been able to create my own range instead .
I’m really loving the Slender Protein Shake, I have one a day. It’s vegan, has 25g of protein, has zero sugars and very low carbs and contains less than 120kcal per serving – perfect for after a work out and stops me from snacking on unhealthy convenience snack foods.
The Thermo Fat Metabolism Shapers are a miracle product, they assist with weightloss and fat burning and are totally safe. They have really helped me intensify my results and maintain my figure. It’s great to start seeing a difference in my body. It’s hard to pin point one really.. I have so many that I love the look or style of, I also admire many women for how they handle the business side of things, I just like to see woman do well. I favour some from each era.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
You have recently been placed among the 25 Sexiest Women of the Year 2016 by dailystar.co.uk. How do you feel about that?
Ms. Chloe Khan:
It felt great, it’s always lovely to be complimented. My image/look is based on what makes me happy, I dress for myself, but it does feel really nice to be recognized and appreciated by others too.

You have done many photo shoots for top magazines like Playboy. Give us your Top 5 Tips to totally rock a photoshoot.
Ms. Chloe Khan:
1. Confidence
2. Only wear what you are comfortable in. As a model, sometimes it’s easy to get cornered in to shooting in something that you’re not enjoying – The best shots always come when you feel great and like what you see in the mirror.
3. Working with a photographer that you have a good relationship with and can have a giggle with. If you can laugh and relax on a shoot, the results will be really natural and fun.
4. I usually drink green tea to help with bloating on shoot day.
5. Spraying some olive oil on your skin can help your photos and body look flawless, it helps pick up definition – that’s a good secret industry tip 🙂
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
With an audience of over 991k followers on your Instagram account @chloe.khan you’re a social media sensation and an internet leading star. How does it feel that you are able to influence the healthy lifestyle of so many individuals?
Ms. Chloe Khan:
My Instagram is growing every day and it feels great to be heard and seen by so many people. Now my fitness range is coming out I can’t wait to share all my healthy lifestyle and confidence tips on there and hopefully help other people achieve their fitness and health goals too.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
Advice and motivational words to the inspiring and budding models who all are your fans, they shall like to know from you, what they should do for their climb to ladder of success in field of modelling?
Ms. Chloe Khan:
Believe in yourself, know – and appreciate – your style and your niche and go for it. Try to shoot with respected photographers and don’t take being turned down for things personal. Many big names got plenty of “no’s” before they got a “yes”. I definitely think its easier for aspiring models to get spotted now because of social media, which is fantastic.
